Fantastic experience from start to finish with Scott. After a previous experience selling our house with a high street estate agents (which ended up falling through) we were frustrated and looking for a new approach.
Unlike the High Street agents Scott was involved through every step, guiding us as well as getting to know us as a family and looking out for us at every stage. There was one point of contact, one shared vision and no time wasting - exactly what we were missing. Not to mention the fact our house got sold within a matter of days compared to weeks on weeks with our previous agent.
For the quality of service and efficiency we found the price very reasonable. Around the same fee as most high street estate agents but with an infinitely better and more personal service.
We don't plan on moving for the foreseeable future but if we ever do I would have no hesitation at all in using Scott's services again and would happily recommend him to any friends or family looking to get their house sold.

I first heard of Scott Morland when he contacted me regarding the sale of my house. He came round for a meeting and showed me clearly the benefit he could add to selling my property. He very quickly arranged for photos and drone footage of the property as well as a 3D walk around video. The advertising he produced was head & shoulders above anything I have seen, he really makes your property stand out. The photos and videos and drone footage were amazing using the latest technology.
Speaking to Scott he explained that its better to market the property to the right buyer, be honest and let the buyer see exactly what they are getting. His view of marketing is based on getting the right people into the house. It is better to have fewer viewers that are actually really interested in the property rather than a bigger footfall of people that aren’t really interested. It certainly worked for me, when viewers turned up to the house they knew what to expect. The house was sold within 2 week of it going on market and when due to unfortunate circumstances that buyer had to withdraw Scott the very next day had the property back on advertising, the board was changed and he was back marketing the property so once again it sold within a few weeks. From my experience I would highly recommend Scott, apart from his years of experience he is also a genuinely nice chap, keeps in regular contact and is very supportive during what can be a difficult time.

We hadn't sold our property for some time with another agent, constant time wasting and lack of interest from the agent. Scott showed an interest in marketing our property and was adamant he could sell it without reducing the price, just by a different approach.
We decided to see if he could do what the other agent couldn't, Scott produced detailed marketing and a few new innovations with drone shots etc.
I can honestly say we did the right thing and he delivered on his promises, he literally had a buyer lined up as soon as he put it on the market and several other genuine interested buyers, we sold straight away for the asking price.
It really proves that someone who has a genuine passion and expertise can do so much better than a larger well known estate agent.
Scott has also sold other properties for people we have passed on to him with the same care and efficiency.
I can't recommend Scott more highly and we will not hesitate to use his services again and recommend him to anyone we know.
